I read this really inspiring article about someone’s attempts at changing their attitude towards eating over at Chabad.org. I liked the following lines in particular:

“No amount of food will ever fill the hole”

If it’s meant to be, it’s up to me.”

That you should put “taking care of yourself on your to do list

‘Don’t think of what you want at the time. Think of what you want the most.”

The amount she needed to lose was a drop in the ocean of where I need to get to, but the method is the same.
