Before breakfast – Leslie Samsone 15 minute happy walk

Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and plum

Did some gardening – planted herb seeds I found

Lunch – pasta with stir fry onion, kohlrabi, carrot, courgette, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, grated cheese

Snack – peanuts

Supper (leftovers from my parents NYE party – see fridge below) – salmon, quiche, pasta salad, couscous salad, a few assorted yummy cakes, cheese
