Today I logged my food in myfitnesspal. I can’t explain fully why I had the chocolate chips. I was a bit tired, and a bit on edge. My trying to get to bed by 10 isn’t really happening. Kind of by 11. But I know I need to do better on this. No exercise done today.
Total calories about 2200. Not exactly weight loss numbers, but at least I know what they are.
Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and plum
Lunch – potato with cottage cheese and baked beans, halo top peanut butter
Snack- chocolate chips. Air crackers
Supper – bangers and broccoli mash
