Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and apple and cinnamon
Lunch – sweet potato and regular potato and mozzarella
Snack – a few chocolate chips, 2 banana cupcakes, some more of the “failed shortbread”, a couple of homemade croutons to try that R had made
Supper- chicken with carrots and cauliflower
