Tracking what I’m actually eating
This will be key.
My diet didn’t really start. I’ve eaten pretty poorly today. And yesterday.
Because I’m not planning. I’m not tracking it. I don’t have a plan or short term achievable goals. That’s why I’m not actually doing it right now. I know what I need to do. I need to be committed, and I do need some time to actually prep – mentally and practically.
Where/how to track? Here? Mfp? Join SW or WW meetings? I’d like to have a physical group to go to buyi right rant to do ww or SW and also I simply can’t commit to a regular commitment of going anywhere at any particular time. Life is just so unpredictable. But I need to find a way that will work for me in my life as it is right now. Maintaining my current size is just not the right thing to do. So how?
