A friend who wishes to be only identified as A sent me this link. I like the idea of doing something short every day. I am not looking forward to day 19 though! I’m not convinced my legs can do that!

The children and I all had a go at day 1 today! By about rep 15 or 16 I was really feeling it. But because I knew I only had to push myself to 28 and that was it, I kept going. Anyone else up for the 28 Day Challenge?
