This of one of the quickest meals to make, for when you haven’t made supper yet but you don’t want to eat cereal and you also can’t bear to actually cook anything. It’s also fairly cheap. It is so good though! Warm, stodgy, filling and healthy. What more could you want?
On your marks, get set, eat!
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
One bag frozen tival vegetarian mince
One carton passata
One tin of kidney beans
Mixed herbs, Mild chili powder, Cayenne pepper (all to taste)
Method
Mix everything together in a saucepan and cook until everything is hot. Serve over rice or pasta or courgetti or just in a bowl with a spoon.
Calories 1200kcal for whole recipe (I’m usually good with 1/4 – 1/3 of it, but depends what else if anything you are having with it).
