Firstly a disclaimer to my mother, there is nothing the matter, you don’t need to worry!

I haven’t got my head in the right place for weight loss. I ate stuff today i shouldn’t, even though I shouldn’t. Why? Because of excuses that are flimsy and insubstantial.

I’m finding blogging a pressure rather than any outlet at the moment so I’m thinking I might take a little more time off, just to get my head in gear and do some thinking without feeling I have to share every thought.
