I logged my food in myfitnesspal today. And calories are at 1562kcal, which is great! Except it doesn’t include some biscuit mixture I tried when baking. So who knows what it really is? Blah. I imagine over 2000 easily.

Brunch – spinach and onion omelette with Israeli salad

Lunch – 2 slices of very fresh delicious wholemeal bread that I could have happily when the entire loaf of, plus two bowls of carrot and lentil soup

Snacks – 3 air crackers. Biscuit mixture.

Supper – Salmon, 5 new potatoes, cauliflower puree.

Exercise : I mowed the lawn and did some weeding.
