I succeeded yesterday to keep my calories in the range I wanted. It is eye opening when you weigh portions as I literally had to cut my piece of chicken in half for it to fit in my calories but I did it and finished the day at 1406kcal.

Today I ate lunch out and the portion was just enormous. I ordered pesto pasta and as soon as it was brought to the table I asked them to put half aside for me to take home. There must have been about a whole bag of pasta! Unfortunately when I got home I finished the rest off. The food overload sent me to sleep for half an hour!

Breakfast – porridge with almond milk. 2 mochas

Lunch – pesto pasta

Snack – air crackers

Supper – scrambled eggs and hot dogs

Probably at least 2000kcal
